Dear Parents/Guardians,

Back in October, I shared with you one of our school goals: For the 2015-2016 school year and by February 19th, we would increase our school-wide percentage of math fact knowledge by 37.43%. This increase would illustrate 85% of our school population knowing their required grade-level facts. The required facts include:

I am pleased to share with you that through the hard work of our entire school community, we reached our goal! Way to go, NHCS! You should be proud of this achievement.

As we were sharing this data at our recent faculty meeting, our staff was excited about this achievement, but many talked about still concentrating on this skill to get all classrooms, by the end of the year, up to 90%.

Have a great weekend and I can’t believe they are talking about snow for Monday! Progress reports are coming home today, too.
