Annual Thanksgiving Writing

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Since this is the week of Thanksgiving, I thought I would share with you how I am thankful and then I

opened it up for staff and students to share their thoughts.

  My parents and brothers/sister--they are my heroes and my rocks.

  My nieces and nephews--for making me laugh and allowing me the opportunity to be a part of their life

  My friends--for understanding my strengths and weaknesses and loving me anyway.

  My godchildren and their families--for trusting that I would be a good role model and for allowing me

to spoil their children.

  All of my former teachers and coaches--for teaching me many life-long skills and for all the great

memories of playing volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball.

  My health--that I am able to do all the things that I enjoy and want to do.

  Great colleagues from Alvirne High School, Campbell High School, Danbury Elementary School and

New Hampton Community School--then and now they make coming to school, each day, fun and
